This ancient, stone built farmhouse, restored in keeping with it's original vcharacter is situated in the countryside at 350 mts. above sea level and is just 8 kms from the ancient Etruscan Medieval town of Cortona.

It is in the middle of lovely lawns, sunflower, corn, wheat fields, and woods.

In the farm there is also the old "fornace", from which it takes it's name.

In proximity of the country house, there is the cottage, la Casina, a graceful independent construction with two bedrroms, a large livingroom with a large fireplace, kitchenette and bath, also this restored maintaining the characteristics of the typical Tuscan farmhouses. It has also a big patio surrounded by glycines, to eat outdoor or just to relax by reading a book.
